I've been using different webcams for the past 15 years, and this has honestly been one of the easiest to set up. It was essentially plug n play, and the app is simple to navigate with useful features that don't feel overwhelming.

The video quality is outstanding for the price. The image is crystal clear, sharp, and looks much more premium than I expected in this price range. I use it daily for both work meetings and gaming, and it's been more than enough for everything I need. The audio quality is also surprisingly good, so I haven't felt the need to buy a separate microphone for everyday use.
If you're looking for a webcam that offers excellent picture quality, an easy setup, and a user friendly experience without spending a fortune, I think this is a fantastic value. I'd definitely recommend it to anyone looking to upgrade their webcam.

is the best video quality webcam on the market right now (unless you get the S7 from they) the video quality and build are great, for $200 it gets you close to pro mega stremers hwo use photocameras. I switched from a logitech brio and it's heaven and earth

Incredible! I upgraded from the original Logitech Brio cameras (almost 9 years old) which were great at the time. These are amazing for the price! No, they are not mirrorless quality, and you should not expect that at this price point, but you do get a great quality image for a very affordable price. The software has a lot of customized features and color grading if you are very particular. The USB C to A cable is a little on the short side, but fine for laptops & desktops close by. I use FOUR of these with V-Mix on my laptop and it's like night versus day. V-Mix always had issues with the Brios. So far, none with these cameras!

This camera has surprised me with its video quality, and for $200 it's more than enough for live streaming video games, Zoom calls, OBS, and using it with Yolobox devices. It already had several updates, and they keep improving :) And very soon you'll be able to control it directly from the Yolobox Ultra and Extreme.

Great 4K webcam for people who are on camera a lot.I do a lot of video calls, product reviews and podcast recording, and I don't always have my mirrorless camera with me, so I needed something better than my laptop's webcam when I'm on the road. I also wanted something I can use for secondary angles in my podcast studio. This has been a solid choice for me.One of the main reasons I picked this up is the phase detection autofocus. I tend to move around when I talk, and cheap webcams can't keep up. This one tracks faces and stays sharp. That's huge if you're not sitting perfectly still during calls.The other reason is the fact that the image quality is noticeably better than the old webcams I've used before. The 1/1.3" Sony sensor does well in normal room lighting. You don't need a perfect setup to look decent on screen, but the better your lighting, the better the image.Setup was dead simple. Plug it in via USB, and it works. No software, no drivers. I was up and running in under a minute. I use Ecamm as my software and it was recognized instantly. I was able to dial in all of the color and focus settings in the included app and really fine tune how it looks.A few things to know:The stand that comes with it allows you to put it on your monitor, or you can use the 1/4-20 threads on the bottom to attach it to a tripod.With the magnetic mounting system, switching to vertical video is super easy.If you're recording content or on client calls multiple times a week, the quality difference is worth it. If you're just doing the occasional Zoom happy hour, save your money.Does what it's supposed to do without any fuss and it looks great. That's all I really needed.I think Yololiv knocked it out of the park with this.

I deal with A LOT of webcams and honestly the image out of this thing is amazing. Everyone claims to have a "mirrorless-like" image but this one comes way closer than any of the other ones I've tried from Elgato and Insta360. It's seriously going to replace a sony mirrorless + capture card setup that I use for a lot of situations. It's similar to using a 2.8 lens at ~20mm. I turned on face tracking, upped the contrast a little bit and haven't looked back!I bought this with my own money from their website - great company to deal with so far. Highly recommend!

I am glad I decided to use these for recording podcasts. Great picture, great product. I never have to think about them. Just plug them in, point them at my subjects and go. Think of it like the shure sm58 of the webcam/camera class. Yololiv makes a wide variety of live streaming products, and if this, their entry level offering works this well, I��m excited to try other things like the S7 and yolobox.

I've reviewed the top 5 cameras under 100$ and this one is just unbeatable. The quality is amazing like a professional DSLR camera.

The camera had amazing quality but the software was heavily lacking

It also doesn't use the global camera standards so tools like OBS Studi can't control the focus or any other parameter of the camera.

This was about a year ago so maybe it improved since then but I returned it

I wanted to see the hype of this camera and it is a MASSIVE UPGRADE, I was currently using a logitech streamcam, it was great if you are using the logi app along with it but this camera is just plug and go, OBS took it immediately no other apps needed and comparing the two cameras picture quality is night and day, I am so happy I have this as my new main stream cam now! It is seriously the closest thing to DSLR without spending $500+ for.

The build quality is awesome, heavy duty with metal casing, it is magnetic so moving the camera around is so so easy, it also comes with a privacy cover that you can add or remove very easily but is very sturdy.

I am running mine off normal pc but the instructions give you everything you need to work on other devices.

Coming into this not knowing anything about the company or the camera, I now swear by this device, GET THIS WEBCAM!!!!

With internal camera control when connected via USB C, this camera produces quality of a dslr camera at a fraction of the price. I��ve employed 4 of them in 2 podcast studios with more to come.

Tempted to give this 4 stars because it doesn��t have a lens cover (come on YoloLiv, you can add that pretty easily). But keeping it at 5 stars because the quality is so dang good & it is priced well for how good it is.

Had someone even comment in a meeting that I had the clearest camera they��d ever seen haha.

Doesn��t have a built in mic so make sure you get one if you don��t want to just use the laptop��s internal mic.

I have been using my Iphone 16 pro as a webcam for over a year and was skeptical about getting this webcam thinking that I would not be as good. When I tell you that I am blown away by the quality of this camera!! I love it! This camera is just as good if not slightly better than my smart phone.

This camera is freaking sick. You can use the AI program to anutomatically pick all your lighting options. Super good quality looks way better than the Logitech 4K.

I am so glad i went with this camera. you cannot get a camera this good for this price. bottom line. this thing rocks in light or in the dark. I use this for live streaming & its just perfect.

The ai features are what makes this camera stand out. There are lots of cameras out there that can shoot 4k but the fact you can go into the software and have the ai use face detection auto focus, white balance, and color correct makes it a stellar camera.

Great quality camera! I'm using this with a Mac for work and Linux for personal use on a KVM so it's had great compatibility support. Works great - just a little extra setup to get the yolocam-gui installed and configured. I love the magnetic mount as well - very convenient.

It has a bottom and side magnet but it would be great if there were a magnet in the top as well for the mount so I can use a camera arm to flip it down to eye level for meetings without having to flip the camera in software, but that's my only thing so far.

I did quite a bit of research on different cameras to upgrade my setup. It's hard to distinguish when something is recommended purely from hype and social media marketing or because it's actually good. This is actually good! If you're looming for a no-frills, quality webcam, this is it. Just a webcam with incredibly good picture quality, solid autofocus, good if standard picture adjustment through their software, and profiles for different settings. Its a massive improvement over your standard Logitech C920 and similar cameras, and worth the price.

If you need gimbals or other features, there are cameras with comparable quality with extra features from Obsbot or Insta360, but they cost more and if you don't see the need for any of those features, then this will do its job well. It does have a magnetic mount so it's very easy to remove if you want to show something off quickly, and it's mount has a standard screw-in thread that will allow you to attach it to a tripod or mount arm.
