Refund & Return Policy

Eligible Refunds

We offer refunds only under the following conditions:

  • The product is defective or DOA (Dead on Arrival);

  • The issue is reported within 7 days of delivery;

  • The return is authorized by YoloLiv and the item is returned in like-new condition with all original accessories and packaging.

Non-Refundable Conditions

We do not accept returns or provide refunds under these situations:

  • Customer changes mind after purchase (non-defective units);

  • Products returned without authorization;

  • Damaged, modified, or incomplete products;

  • Software, licenses, or digital services.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to a confirmed product defect.

  • YoloLiv is not responsible for damage or loss during return transit.
