Eligible Refunds
We offer refunds only under the following conditions:

The product is defective or DOA (Dead on Arrival);

The issue is reported within 7 days of delivery;

The return is authorized by YoloLiv and the item is returned in like-new condition with all original accessories and packaging.
Non-Refundable Conditions
We do not accept returns or provide refunds under these situations:

Customer changes mind after purchase (non-defective units);

Products returned without authorization;

Damaged, modified, or incomplete products;

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to a confirmed product defect.
