YoloCam S3

Haven't actually used this amazing cam in a podcast yet, but I've played with it and used its app, Picasso Resolve, to dial in all the settings...the picture quality is amazing! I can't stand using the internal camera on my Macbook Pro, it's quite terrible. It always makes everything so orange and glowy. I want to have control of the exposure, so that I'm lit nicely but the background is darker with a hint of colored LED lights to give the background some mood and drama. I can easily achieve this with the S3, but could never do it with the Macbook camera since it adjusts exposure for the darkest areas of the video.I'm looking forward to this being my new webcam. Some people have issues with the S3 never turning off, whether for power consumption or privacy issues. Not sure why they just don't unplug the cable from their computer or usb hub, such a quick, simple fix. Then when you're ready to use it just plug it back in and it immediately fires back up.Also, heads up - this webcam doesn't have a built-in mic. Even if it did the sound quality would be sub-par. If you're spending a couple hundos on a webcam chances are you also want the best audio possible, which means you're using an external mic.I highly recommended this webcam.

I've been looking for a webcam with actual DSLR-like quality, and the Yololiv S3 is it. This tiny camera has totally amazed me. Replaced my SONY ZV-1f that I was using as a webcam.To begin with, the image quality is outstanding. The enlarged 1/1.3" CMOS sensor makes a significant difference, particularly in low light, and the 4K footage is clean and sharp. With an outstanding, organic backdrop blur that other cameras simply cannot match, my videos appear professional. It appears as though I'm using a much more costly mirrorless camera.Another noteworthy feature is autofocus. The PDAF (Phase-Detection Autofocus) mechanism makes it incredibly accurate and quick. I don't have to deal with that bothersome hunting; I can move around, hold up objects, and the attention instantly returns to my face.The construction quality and design are also fantastic. The all-metal body is made to operate continuously without overheating and feels extremely high-end. It features a normal tripod mount for further flexibility, and the magnetic mount is a great feature that makes it very simple to attach to my display.With its robust software, you can adjust every option just like you would with a DSLR. For a fantastic image right out of the box, you can adjust anything from contrast and sharpness to color grading, or you can just let the AI do its thing.I highly recommend the Yololiv S3 for everyone who wishes to look their best during video conversations (Zoom, Teams, etc), whether they are streamers, content creators, or just regular people. This is a game changer !!!!

Loving this camera, took it out of the box and set it up to stream right before the time of my stream. Easy to set up and love the bonus program alongside it!
