Shipping Policy
1. Order Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment is confirmed. During promotional events or peak seasons, processing times may be extended by an additional 2–3 days.
2. Shipping Locations
We ship worldwide to most countries and regions. Orders are dispatched from our China or US warehouse, depending on inventory availability and shipping destination.

We do not ship to P.O. boxes or military addresses (e.g., APO/FPO).

For remote areas, additional delivery time or charges may apply.
3. Shipping Methods & Delivery Time
We offer standard and expedited shipping based on destination and order value. Estimated delivery times(for yolobox series):Regular deliveries to most metro areas should be within 3-7 business days.
For other rural areas, orders should be delivered within 7-15 business days.
For certain low-value accessory items, such as the charger or screen protector, it may ship with CNE, usually within 10-15 days.
Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by customs clearance, weather, or other unforeseen factors.
4. Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on destination, shipping method, and product weight.

Free shipping may be offered for specific products or promotions.

For remote or less accessible areas (e.g., parts of Chile, Peru, Ghana, Argentina, Ecuador), a $30 remote area surcharge may apply.
5. Import Duties & Taxes
All international orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and other charges imposed by local customs authorities.

6. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, a tracking number will be sent to your email. You can track your shipment via the carrier’s website. If you do not receive tracking information within 3 days after dispatch, please contact our support team.
7. Order Issues or Delays
If your order is delayed, missing, or damaged during transit, please contact support@yololiv.com within 7 calendar days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the courier and provide a resolution.
