YoloBox Pro Replacement Battery

The battery used in the YoloBox Pro is a custom-designed lithium battery developed exclusively for YoloLiv.

If you choose to replace the battery yourself, please follow the instructions strictly. The replacement process involves handling delicate internal components, and improper handling may result in serious damage or safety hazards, especially due to the nature of lithium batteries. For your safety, we strongly recommend having the battery replaced at an authorized service center.

Within the Warranty Period (12 Months from Date of Purchase)

All YoloLiv products (excluding accessories) are covered by a 12-month limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship.

Outside the Warranty Period

If the product is found to be defective after the 12-month warranty period, YoloLiv may still offer repair or replacement services at its discretion.

Warranty Limitations

This warranty applies only to defects in workmanship and materials. It does not cover damage caused by the following:

• Second-hand purchase.
• Neglect.
• Improper or negligent use or non-use.
• Attempted repairs or unauthorized alterations.
• Tampering or modification of the goods.
• Connection to incompatible devices or power sources.
• Exposure to water or adverse weather conditions.
• Exposure to magnetic fields or corrosive liquids or substances.
