YoloLiv Warranty Policy
Applicable to YoloBox Series (Instream, YoloBox, Pro, Mini, Ultra, Extreme)
Limited Warranty
YoloLiv warrants that each YoloBox device will be free from material and workmanship defects under normal use for 12 months from the date of original retail purchase.
If a defect arises and a valid claim is received within the warranty period, YoloLiv will, at its sole discretion:

Repair the product at no charge, using new or refurbished replacement parts;

Replace the product with a new or refurbished product of equivalent value;

Refund the original purchase price (only when repair or replacement is not feasible).
Warranty Exclusions
This limited warranty does not cover:

Second-hand purchase.

Neglect.
-
Improper or negligent use or non-use.

Attempted repairs or unauthorized alterations.

Tampering or modification of the goods.
-
Connection to incompatible devices or power sources.

Exposure to water or adverse weather conditions.

Exposure to magnetic fields or corrosive liquids or substances.

Physical damage

Products with removed or altered serial numbers are not eligible for warranty services.
Warranty Claim Process
To initiate a warranty claim, please contact contact@yololiv.com and provide the following:

A brief description of the issue (including video or photo evidence);

A clear image of the serial number (on the product);

Purchase order number;
-
Name of the purchase platform (Amazon, Official Website, Reseller, etc.).
We will respond within 2 business days and guide you through the next steps. Please do not return any product without prior authorization.
Out-of-Warranty Support
Products outside the warranty period may be eligible for paid repair or replacement services. The cost will depend on the nature of the issue and availability of parts. Customers are responsible for all related shipping fees.
